Working with us
Who do we sign the contract with?
Our Hong Kong company is your contracting partner for quotes, orders and payment.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share files.
What do you need for a quotation?
Your parts list, Gerber files or a product spec, plus target quantity and target date.
Is there a minimum order or a standard lead time?
Both depend on the parts and the production run. They are confirmed per project, in the quote.
Can I buy just one service?
Yes. Buy one service, or all three.
Component sourcing
Can I just buy components from you?
Yes. Come to us for a single part or a full BOM, with pricing, end-of-life parts and alternatives included.

Do I have to manufacture my boards with you?
No. Buy one service, or all three.
Will you change parts without asking?
No. Alternatives are checked by our R&D engineers and only used after you approve them.
PCBA manufacturing
Can you take over a PCBA made somewhere else?
Yes. Send your BOM and Gerber files; we review the BOM, then produce and test the boards through our resource network.
How are the boards checked?
Every production process is checked with online and offline AOI and X-ray inspection. Boards are 100% functionally tested before shipment.
Can we visit or audit the production line?
Yes. We arrange visits and audits of the PCB and SMT production for your project.
Can you supply the parts as well?
Yes. We can source the whole BOM for your production. Component sourcing
Product development
Can you start from just an idea?
Yes. Our 20 R&D engineers handle platform selection, hardware and firmware design, prototypes and the move to mass production.
What should I send first?
A sketch, a spec or a reference product is enough. Add a target quantity and target date if you have them.
Do you manufacture the product as well?
Yes. Pilot runs and mass production run through our resource network, with the parts sourced by our own team.

What does the resource network include?
Component channels with manufacturers and authorised agencies, engineering by our own R&D team, PCB and SMT production and assembly, and industry contacts built over ten years.
How do you choose the resources for my project?
By the product's performance requirements and volumes. Our team matches the components, the engineering and the production, and manages them.
Where are the boards produced?
In Shenzhen: PCB fabrication and SMT production, managed by our own project and manufacturing team.
