Have an idea, but no engineering team?

A sketch, a spec or a reference product is enough. Our 20 R&D engineers take it through platform selection, hardware and firmware design, prototypes and the move to mass production.

Design-in solution

Feasibility, platform, architecture

Before any board is drawn, we communicate with you about what the product needs and how it will be manufactured: feasibility, platform selection, system architecture, an early BOM cost estimate and a design ready to manufacture. It starts from what you send us.

What a client sends us: a printed BOM list, a Gerber film and a printed schematic1BOM2Gerber files3Schematic123

Start from an idea

You don't need a finished spec

A sketch, a spec or a reference product is enough to start. An engineer reviews what you send and comes back with the questions that matter.

  • 01

    A sketch

What the product should do, drawn or written in your own words.

  • 02

    A spec

Functions, interfaces, size and the market you are designing for.

  • 03

    A reference product

Something close to what you want, and what should be different.

Hardware & firmware R&D

Schematic, layout, firmware

Our 20 R&D engineers design the electronics and the software that runs on them: from the schematic and the PCB layout to the firmware and the first assembled boards.

  • PCB layout of a client board, in the site colours

  • Firmware code on a laptop screen, with the board it runs on connected through a debug probe

Prototype & EVT

Working prototypes, tested with you

The first boards are produced, brought up and tested against the functions we agreed. You get a working prototype to try, and a list of what changes before the next round.

The same team that designed your product manufactures it. Sourcing and manufacturing are already part of the plan.

FAQ

Development questions

Can you start from just an idea?

Yes. Our 20 R&D engineers handle platform selection, hardware and firmware design, prototypes and the move to mass production.

What should I send first?

A sketch, a spec or a reference product is enough. Add a target quantity and target date if you have them.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?

Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share files.

Do you manufacture the product as well?

Yes. Pilot runs and mass production run through our resource network, with the parts sourced by our own team.

Tell us about your product.
